It was established in 2017 with the number 34373 licensed educational institutions in cooperation with specialized government agencies

The applied institution has two main departments

The first is training and qualifying recent graduates and developing specialists working in the field of special education and psychology through:
- Professional diplomas.
- Training programs.

-Courses and workshops.

This training is carried out in cooperation with the relevant government agencies in accordance with the regulations and laws regulating the country
After completing the study, the graduate obtains accredited and recognized certificates in Egypt and abroad and moves to the step of extracting the practice of the profession to work officially. This is also done through institutional coordination with the competent authority, in short (you will graduate, your future is in your hands).

"The Second" works with normal children and those with special abilities to rehabilitate them in the problems they face as obstacles to living their lives normally. We work on rehabilitating
(Speech disorders, voice and speech diseases, hearing disabilities, learning difficulties, behavior modification, sensory integration, skills development, occupational therapy)
Through day care or sessions - under medical supervision.
